Cashflow INSITE™ is a personal financial manager that learns and adapts
so that tracking your spending is effortless. You can upload your
bank and credit card transactions, categorize them, and get a breakdown of where
your money is going.
Even better, Cashflow INSITE™ uses a unique and powerful budgeting approach in the
form of Lifestyle Models, which you can use to proactively track
your spending and ensure that you're staying within your budgetary limits. Choose
one of our lifestyle models, or create a custom lifestyle model tailored specifically
to you.
Cashflow INSITE Consumer is $9.99 USD per month. This charge does not apply to consumers
that are linked to a subscribed Cashflow INSITE advisor.
To get started,
create an account, download transactions from your online bank, and upload
them to Cashflow INSITE™. If you just want to check us out, you can also download
a sample bank transaction file on the Import page after you've signed up. If you're
already a member, sign in to access your account.

Requirements
In order to use Cashflow INSITE™, you must meet the following requirements.
- Internet Explorer 6.x (or later), Firefox 2.x (or later), Google Chrome 0.3.154.9,
or Safari. IE 8 users should enable compatibility view.
- Microsoft Silverlight must be installed for certain pages in the application to
function correctly. You will be prompted to install it within Cashflow INSITE, if
you do not have it installed already, for pages that require it.
- JavaScript must be enabled
- Cookies must be enabled. If you have cookies disabled, you will need to add Cashflow
INSITE™.com as an exception in your browser's settings for the site to function
correctly.
- OFX, OFC, or QFX files containing your bank and credit card transactions, which
you can download from your online banking site. When you download your transactions,
please choose OFX, OFC, or QFX as the type of file. Your bank may describe this
format as "Microsoft Money" or "Quicken".
- Cashflow INSITE™ uses pop-up dialogs to gather input for certain functions, so you
may need to adjust your browser's settings to allow pop-ups from Cashflow INSITE™.com
Security
Cashflow INSITE employs a layered, defense in depth approach to security. We continually
work to maintain our online security to levels at, or above, industry standards.
Security controls used by Cashflow INSITE include:
- Use of Secure Socket Layers (SSL) AES-128 encryption to protect the information
you are transferring via the internet.
- Protection of all sensitive information stored in the database using AES-256 encryption.
- Automatic account lock out after several consecutive sign-in failures.
- Automatic session termination when extended inactivity is detected. This will help
to protect your information when called away from your computer.
- Enforcement of strong passwords. When setting your passwords, we provide an indication
of its strength to further encourage the use of strong passwords.
- Enforcement of periodic password changes.
- Use of security question challenges on change of expired, or temporary passwords.
- Masking of displayed account numbers, so your bank account number, or credit card
numbers are never displayed, and cannot be viewed by someone looking over your shoulder.
- Use of anti-virus software on all servers, regularly updated to protect against
old and new threats.
- Regular patching of all servers with the latest security patches.
- Use of state-of-the-art firewalls and other infrastructure mechanisms to protect
against attacks.
- Authentication and authorization checks when sensitive data is accessed, and the
access is logged.
- Regular reviews of our security practices and technology updates.
- Regular reviews to ensure our security and privacy policies and standards reflect
an industry leading position.
Note: No money can be transferred or moved using Cashflow INSITE.
